First case

About 3.35AM on September 16th, Kangnam police were reported a case of fighting at a bar in Non-hyeon Dong, Kangnam which Kangin is involved. According to them, Kangin went to that bar to drink with a friend and was caught between a fight with the other guests when there ended up being violence in the bar. Therefore, Kangin and other people who involved in this assault case were investigated by the police. Both SM Entertainment and Kangin himself stated that Kangin is innocent and he’s just the eyewitness. Kangin himself also said that he’s the victim, the one who got hit, not hitting other people. However, according to the police, one of a suspect claimed that Kangin had attacked him so they need to do more investigation about the case.

On September 16th afternoon, Kangnam police have got the CCTV about the incident’s footage and the result was released on September 21st. According to the CCTV and the investigation process, KangIn has participated in part of the assault. Kangin and his friend were drinking in the bar when some other guests who couldnt find their room came in and there was a dispute between them. However, after Kangin came out of the bar, those two had followed him and constantly been picking up a fight with him. Although Kangin had tried his best to avoid the fight, he he was not able to control his emotions eventually and participated in the fight.

The police also said all 7 members (Kangin, his friend, 3 people that the police claimed to be Kangin’s sunbae, 2 guests that started the fight) involved in the case will be put on non-restraint and they will be prosecuted for being violent.
Because of the investigating process of this case, Kangin being the main model in Andre Kim’s fashion show on September 22nd with 2009 Miss Korea Kim Juri was cancelled. Moreover, Kangin couldnt attend the press conference for Super show II in Hongkong on September 17th and 2009 Asia song festival which was held on September 19th with Super Junior.

After the result is out, SM has stated that Kangin had tried his best to avoid the fight but the other party kept picking fight with him and used violence agaisnt him so Kangin being fighting back was just self-defence. Kangin also said sorry “As a celebrity, I’m sorry that I myself made this trouble. I want to say sorry again and again to all the people whom I made them worry (because of this incident). I’ll be careful and dont let anything like this incident happen again”

That was when I forgave him because it’s just self defense. I mean if I were him I would be doing that too.. If I was a guy. Kenchana… (spelled wrong! -.-)

The second case made me disappointed. Seriously..

Second Case

At 3.10AM on October 16th, Kangin who was drunk had drove his car at the speed of 40-50km/h and bumped into a taxi at Nonhyundong, Kangnam, Seoul. After causing the accident, Kangin had left his car and ran away. There were 2 passengers in the taxi then but fortunately, all the 3 people (the taxi driver & 2 passengers) didnt get any serious injury. However, at 8.50PM on October 16th, Kangin himself had showed up at the Kangnam police. The police said that Kangin’s BAC level when he showed up was about 0.081%.The police said “Although Kangin had turned himself in late and we can consider about that, he had fled away from the accident scene so we had to take this as a hit and run case. We will make a second investigation today afternoon”

However, Kangin didnt show up at 2PM today as requested for 2nd investigation, the police said they couldnt contact Kangin and his cellphone was turned off either. The police said they will decide the punishment level for Kangin after doing more investigating.

According to Korean news reports, Super Junior member Kangin who was just investigated by the police last month, has once again, on the 16th, let out news of turning himself in after driving while under the influence and breaking traffic regulations the night before.

According to what related persons of Seoul Gangnan Public Guard Office* have revealed, at 3AM of the 16th, Kangin drove after drinking and ran into a taxi that was parked by the side of the road, causing a chain traffic accident. Kangin was not injured during this accident, but still had a malignant effect on the nearby traffic.

After the accident, Kangin left in his car, and didn’t turn himself in at the police office until 9AM. After the police tested Kangin’s alcohol level, the results revealed that the alcohol level in Kangin’s blood reached 0.081%, classifying this as driving under the influence.

Currently, the police is investigating this case and will soon announce how Kangin, and this situation, will be handled.

All I can say is he is stressed out too much.

He drank and drank because of some reason and hit a car. Why? Because he drove in a drunk mode.

After the DUI accident involving Super Junior’s Kangin earlier today, the idol himself has released an official apology, while SM Entertainment has done likewise.

Kangin wrote:
This is Kangin. I have nothing else to do but to apologize thousands and tens of thousands times. I should’ve been more careful after the incident last time but I let you guys down again.

And I can’t seem to lift my head.

After the last incident, I felt pain day and night thinking I disappointed people. But as soon as I was about to lose a little of that pain, another incident occurs.

I’m so sorry and I’m sorry again.

I’m so embarrassed for showing this kind of behavior in front of fans that have always supported me. I should’ve been more careful thinking about my fans but I have so much resentment for what I did.

And, my members from Lee Teuk to Kyuhyun, because of the last incident, I felt like I was a burden to my members but I have done it again to them so I can’t even look at them. They are family to me and I can’t stand the fact that I am hurting them like this. Also, to my SM family, I’m sorry. To everyone, I want to put my head down, bow, and say sorry once more.

SM also wrote:
We feel so bad about what has just happened with Kangin. We want to apologize to everyone who feel disappointed about this. We feel this is time for Kangin and us to think over what happened and try our hardest to not let this happen again.

Kangin must feel so horrible for letting everyone down. He will head down to the police station on the 17th for his second round of investigations, after failing to show up at 2pm on the 16th.

What about the victims? Hopefully he will say sorry personally by meeting them or at least calling them.

Super Junior’s Kang In, who was booked for beating up a patron in a bar brawl a month ago, was booked again Friday for fleeing the scene after causing a traffic accident under the influence of alcohol, police said.

On the band’s Web site, Kang posted a long letter to apologize to his fans. “I have nothing to say but say sorry thousands of times. I should have been more cautious but I’m really sorry for disappointing you again.”

According to the police, Kang, while driving a rental car at a speed of 40-50 kilometers per hour, caused an accident involving two taxis on a road in Gangnam, southern Seoul, at 3.10 a.m., Thursday. He hit the first taxi, which was pushed forward and hit the other cab in front.

The moment after the accidents, he got out of the car and ran from the scene. About six hours later, he surrendered himself to the police station in Gangnam. His blood alcohol level was 0.081 percent, high enough to have his license revoked.

Two taxi drivers and two passengers involved in the incident sustained no major injuries.
Police asked Kang to report to the police station Friday for investigation, but he had failed to appear by late afternoon. A police officer said they will summon him again.

It’s none of my business but seeing him as another human being, peopledo make mistakes. And I hope he learned his lesson.

If he ever done it again then I would be sad…
